Role Summary

We’re looking for a talented CRM Operations Executive to join the CRM Marketing team at PrettyLittleThing.com. To be considered for this role you’ll need to have 3-5 years’ experience in HTML email coding as well as experience within a CRM or email marketing team. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who is up to date with customer trends and behaviours, technically minded and can think outside the box.

Key functional areas of responsibility

  • Primary responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team of 4, scheduling and executing multiple campaigns each day
  • Review and quality check campaigns and programmes before delivery
  • Collaboratively work with other key stakeholders to scope, plan and deliver long term CRM strategy
  • With your team, create industry leading email campaigns with input from conceptualisation through to point of send
  • Troubleshooting any issues around transactional emails as well as implementing any changes quickly and efficiently
  • Suggesting and implementing continual improvement for email designs
  • A/B testing campaigns across multiple territories
  • Keeping automated campaigns up to date throughout
  • Quality control checks / troubleshooting rendering issues
  • Reporting and feedback on campaign performance
  • Monitoring of IP and raising any issues of email deliverability

Skills & experience required

  • 3+ years in a similar role, working within Operational CRM
  • Excellent commercial understanding
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting data
  • Experience working with Exponea or enterprise level ESP
  • Strong knowledge of HTML coding (including HTML client issues)
  • A good understanding of Adobe CC
  • A good understanding of email deliverability
