WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Promptly respond to daily emails, including email enquiries from Influencers (paid and FOC)
  • Building your own roster of Youtubers dependant on market and ensuring Influencers are regularly posting and keeping within their agreed deal
  • Assisting on all brand events including regular Influencer showroom appointments, dinners and trips
  • Managing and negotiating global Youtube contracts ensuring monthly retainer targets are being met
  • Writing and distributing weekly YouTube report – reporting on top line metrics
  • Presenting quarterly YouTube strategy to the Head of Dept, Senior Influencer and PR Manager and Assistant Influencer Manager
  • Reporting weekly on top performers to the wider team including competitor analysis
  • Managing DHL / courier accounts
  • Researching new Youtubers to work with on a global basis
  • Managing Youtube support for campaigns including packing and sending out gifting boxes
  • Update Influencer support doc with confirmed coverage
  • Work with digital / SEO teams to ensure correct links are used in description boxes along with keywords
  • Work alongside the social team to ensure all content created out of the Youtube Programme is shared to be used across PrettyLittleThing’s social channels
