About the role

Reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Manager, your role responsibilities as Affiliate Marketing Executive will include:

Key functional areas of responsibility

  • Support day-to-day management and optimisation of Affiliate accounts across all markets
  • Monthly blogger outreach to support Affiliate content strategy including fulfilling orders
  • Conduct weekly Affiliate page sweep per market for top 20 publishers
  • Conduct weekly code redemption checks
  • Produce and issue monthly Affiliate emails comms
  • Manage the promotional Affiliate schedule
  • Briefing in assets and working with relevant teams to keep creative and incentives up-to-date
  • Assist with performance reporting and analysis alongside the Affiliate Manager
  • Pro-actively acquire, activate and retain new Affiliates for growth across all markets
  • Regularly audit Affiliate channel to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Ensure all Affiliates represent the PrettyLittleThing.com brand correctly
  • Generate idea and identify new Affiliates who we could recruit to the brand
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking across all markets
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partner relationships
  • Assist in developing and maintaining market leading position in the Affiliate space
  • Working closely with other marketing channels and BI teams to understand the “bigger picture”
  • Attend weekly WIP calls to discuss channel wide performance and actions
  • Assisting with the day-to-day and tactical management of any other partnerships including Unidays and VogaCloset
