About the role

We’re looking for a creative and driven individual to join PLT as a Paid Media Graphic Designer. You will be the dedicated creative designer for the Paid Media team, supporting across bespoke asset builds, image resizing and creative innovation. The assets you design will be used across global Paid Social and Display campaigns in 9 different territories. You will also be a fundamental asset in the maintenance of relationships – both internal and external – that are essential for the smooth running of our creative strategy.

As a Paid Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Building social first content that will keep PLT at the forefront of creative innovation.
  • Using Photoshop and After Effects to rework campaign assets and build bespoke content.
  • Resizing imagery and video to fit in with social and display formats.
  • Work with the Paid Media Exec & Coordinator to adapt assets in line with business and territory specific goals.
  • Maintaining relationships with the studio and creative teams to ensure we are supplied with all necessary shoot content.
  • Collaborate with the organic social team to enable shared usage of existing assets from Instagram or TikTok.
  • Continued market research across FB, IG, TikTok and Snap to provide inspiration for our social ad content.
  • Search & save of paid influencer content in Dash Hudson.
  • Liaising with Facebook, Tiktok and Snap on creative best practices.
  • Briefing and adhoc comms with Conversant (display) team.
  • Approval requests.
  • Adhoc copy writing & translation requests.

About you

As a Paid Media Graphic Designer, you will be highly creative, with a keen eye for detail. You will be a strong team player and will always support your colleagues when needed. Communication skills are also fundamental to this role – both written and verbal. You will need to be confident in reaching out to both internal and external stakeholders and be able to clearly communicate our vision to ensure our creative goals are achieved.

We are a highly personable, collaborative and supportive team, so protecting this dynamic is a key priority. Our business is incredibly fast paced and deadlines can be tight. Proactivity, time management and independent motivation are therefore essential. We want you to strive to succeed and show passion for the role. As a Paid Media Designer you will demonstrate strong problem solving skills and will enjoy building relationships at work and partaking in team events, inside or outside of the office.

It’s essential that you have:

  • Design experience within the field of digital marketing – preferably in social media or paid social.
  • High level of proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects.
  • A basic understanding of Paid Social and the various ad formats that are available.
