We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our expanding team to lead / support existing and new programs.

What you'll do

  • Lead/support the continuous improvement programs, with a focus on improving:
    • Cost effectiveness
    • Performance
    • Utilization of systems, equipment and people
    • While maintaining a safe, quality and customer focused work environment.
  • Work with the 3PL to ensure the standardisation of best practices across the facility
  • Review all current Sop’s and develop the principle of value stream mapping
  • Ensuring the performance management system / labour standards are accurate and configured correctly to provide fair and accurate performance reporting
  • Ensure all operational improvement activities are linked to the achievement of Prettylittlething’s strategic objectives
  • Apply the simple, robust, structured and proven approach of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve & Control) to operational improvement
  • Carry out effective performance measurement and data analysis
  • Prioritise opportunities for operational improvement
  • Develop ‘Permanent Corrective Actions’ for operational failures
