PrettyLittleThing have an exciting new vacancy for a Studio Coordinator to join their expanding Creativeteam! The Studio Coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of the studio. You will be scheduling and resourcing the studio at the same time as ensuring an effective, efficient and continually improving ecommerce studio function.
 
What you'll do
 
  • Day to day resource management and scheduling
  • Ensuring priority items are processed
  • Quality control of imagery
  • Reporting on the team’s KPI’s
  • Ensuring all equipment is functional
  • Raising purchase orders as required
Organisation of Studio Function
  • Monitors intake and ensure department plans and adapts in response
  • Monitors schedule of work within the studio to ensure performance targets met and exceeded
  • Completes monitoring of quality of shots, and responds and adapts to relevant feedback from management
  • Ensures coherent and consistent approach across catwalk, model and still life photographers, re touch and styling which delivers required quality standards
  • Drives actions to improve quality and efficiency within entire team and instils a culture of continual improvement and commercial outlook
Photography, Brand and Creative
  • Briefs and trains all photographers (both external and internal) on our guidelines and shot quality, framing and any other essential photographic considerations. Includes consideration of imagery for tablet and mobile
  • Oversees lighting for all shoots and feed back issues to management
  • Works to continually improve standard of photography/retouching
What you've got
 
  • Knowledge of photography and lighting
  • Experience quality controlling a high volume of photographic imagery
  • Confidence in meeting daily targets and working to deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Creative with an excellent eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment, adaptable and responsive to change/ demands
  • Proactive and willing to go the extra mile
  • Forward thinker with good use of initiative
