The Job

The Vlogger Outreach Executive will sit within the Influencer and PR Team. They will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the YouTube programme which will include co-coordinating content, liaising with our in house social team, signing You-Tubers on retainers, working with YouTube network agencies, ordering product, vlogger gifting, providing tracked UTM links to vloggers and reporting against set KPIs.

The role requires someone who is proactive, extremely organised and efficient, great at communicating and cultivating relationships and confident in reporting.

Reporting into the Influencer and PR Manager and Assistant Influencer and PR Manager, the Vlogger Outreach Executive will work closely on PLTs global vlogger programme working with our existing database of YouTuber’s and sourcing new ones globally. The role will be based in Manchester.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate within the team regarding Content priorities, Product focuses and Campaigns – on a daily and weekly basis
  • Proactively work on any product pushes which are sent from the buying team to Vloggers
  • Working on Vlogger social retainer programmes
  • Work on the Vlogger programme to ensure PR and Influencer plan and strategy is aligned and works hand in hand
  • Assist on Influencer Events – Showroom appointments, monthly mixers, gifting suites, blogger trips, gifting
  • Collating weekly YouTube reports
  • Nurture and build direct relationships with vloggers on a global scale
  • Work alongside the social team to ensure all content created out of the Vlogger Programme is shared across PrettyLittleThing,com social channels
  • Oversee reporting coming through from Vlogger outreach in the monthly Marketing meetings and report on key drivers and revenue
  • Updating relevant databases and reporting programmes
  • Work with the Influencer and PR team on reaching monthly KPIs set across all territories
