WHAT WE NEED

This entry level role is a great opportunity to become a part of the PLT team and especially in our beautiful office in LA. This role includes working closing with the styling team to ensure all samples and garments are shot correctly and the team have relevant information needed. You will be responsible for all samples coming In and out of the studio and will be heavily involved in prepping all eccom shoots.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Sample admin tasks
• Organisation, logging & listing samples
• Archiving, returning samples
• Sample prep for shoots.
• Accurately logging/ checking shoot lists & folders from previous days shoot
• Prioritising samples as required daily & ensuring lines are shot.
• Highlighting problem samples / broken samples any other issues and informing UK teams
• Ensuring all reshoots request are actioned the next day and UK team is updated
• Steaming all garments before every shoot
• Assisting stylist where needed
• Studio cleanliness
• Ensuring all studio requests are being actioned
• To build a strong communication with studio team members UK & LA.
• Supporting the shoot teams throughout the day with any issues.
