UX Analyst



As UX Analyst you will work within the UX team and be responsible for pro-actively looking to identify issues and new opportunities on the PrettyLittleThing.com websites and mobile app.

You will be an important part of the roadmap process within all future optimisation projects. The role will see you becoming the voice of the PLT customer, using both quantitative and qualitative data.

Other than providing this level of justification to feed into the roadmap and support business KPIs, you will also be involved in seeing your ideas through from initial concept to design, testing and deployment. Measuring and reporting on the MVT/AB tests will also be an area that you’ll be heavily involved in, picking out key wins and feeding this back with actionable insight to the Senior Management Team & key stakeholders.

The scope of the tasks you will be involved in will cover all areas and user journeys within the sites and app, including but not limited to checkout, registration, homepage and product pages.

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying design and user experience problems and devising practical solutions.
  • Identifying and driving tests to optimise conversion on site,
  • Hypothesise, measure and report on MVT/AB testing results
  • Identify both quick wins and long-term enhancements using qual & quant data
  • Keeping up with trends with UX practices, including mobile, technologies and social media
  • Working with teams within the wider business to identify key goals and hypothesise tests focussed on these goals
  • Manage roadmap for testing


What experience will they look for?

  • Strong data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics & Session Replay tools
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively
  • Provide actionable insight
  • Presentation skills (written and verbal) to clearly define challenges to management, the wider business and key stakeholders
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
  • Demonstrable experience driving conversion improvements in an ecom background
  • Experience working with AB testing tools such as Monetate


It’s an advantage to have
