Your role

An incredible opportunity has become available to work closely with the CEO as his Personal Assistant and to be first point of contact with people both inside and outside of the business.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate international travel and accommodation requirements and ensure arrangements in place for the CEO
  • Provide personal support to the CEO and his close circle, including 24/7 out of hours support
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s business diary, filter mail, respond to invitations on behalf of
  • Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including daily diary updates and troubleshooting and resolving conflicts and problems quickly and effectively
  • Schedule on behalf of the CEO meetings between him and his direct reports and the other staff and contacts
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Visa applications for CEO and entourage
  • Event planning inc. personal vacations, Birthday’s, Christmas, Halloween etc.
  • Impressive international ‘Black Book’ of contacts for last minute requests, e.g. Restaurants, Hotels, Music & Art events
  • Management of UK Household e.g. staff, maintenance, bills and other personal affairs
  • Handle international property management
  • Personal Shopping requests
  • Accompany CEO on the move if required
  • Offer support to Head of PR and US publicist with CEO personal media relations

What you've got

  • Previous experience supporting a High Profile CEO is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in Fashion/ Media/ Entertainment industries is desirable but not essential
