The Role: 

Overall responsibility for supplier bookings for all categories to ensure that stock is received on time and in line with company targets.


What You'll Do:
  • Collating bookings for all categories stock
  • Print daily collections and organise these with our driver
  • Liaise with Buyers and Merchandising teams from all categories in regards to booking dates and approvals
  • Liaise with the Warehouse in regards to deliveries and missed deliveries and ensure all categories are informed
  • Liaise with suppliers in regards to bookings via email and phone calls
  • Allocate intake targets per category and per day, and ensure this is communicated with the Warehouse and Merchandising team
  • Send the daily intake to the Warehouse and Merchandising teams
What You've Got: 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, managing several supplier accounts
  • Ability to utilise Microsoft Outlook and complete work from several inboxes
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when managing booking dates and ensuring that intake and category targets are adhered to
  • Time management is essential and the ability to prioritise work load
  • Confident, pro-active and able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
