What You’ll Do:

  • This position is responsible for applying techniques to merchandise, developing a client base to help build awareness of the brand. Ensure that each influencer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, displaying maintenance, cleaning store including bathroom and stockroom, managing product inventory.
  • Effectively respond to changing in-store environment, circumstances, and situations through customer engagements
  • Have a level of intuitiveness to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced retail environment
  • Possesses the ability to persuade positive business outcomes through showroom interactions with influencers and other guests.
  • Reviews merchandise orders and inventory levels for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensures visual standards are appropriate and support the brand image.
  • Develops information on Influencers feedback to enhance exposure; maintains customer log.
  • Ensuring the sample department is clean, organized, and a safe work environment always acts as a brand ambassador on behalf of PrettyLittlething.com
  • Work with the US PR team to make sure orders are placed and inventory is always stocked.
  • Key holder to the Miami showroom.
  • Combines resources and joins efforts with peers to achieve showroom and company goals.
  • Building strong relationships with local Miami influencers and VIPs
  • General Housekeeping ensure that all showroom supplies are fully stocked
  • Daily report sent to US Marketing Lead on appointments and influencer feedback.
  • Keeping abreast on Miami events and local trends that PLT should be aware of/aligned with.
  • Daily Reporting using excel documents

You’ll be confident, outgoing, able to prioritise your workload and take responsibility and ownership for your work, have high attention to detail and feel comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
