We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to work in our Bookings team at Pretty Little Thing, focusing on our Imports bookings. Working alongside our local supplier bookings team, you’ll manage international deliveries with our suppliers, forwarders and the Merchandising team at PLT.

With your keen eye for attention and excellent problem-solving skills, you will oversee daily bookings with our international suppliers, making sure that our stock is booked, shipped and delivered on time.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with suppliers from the Far East, Middle East and Europe, ensuring that shipping documents received are processed in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the Buying and Merchandising teams on shipping documents, ensuring that data submitted by suppliers is reviewed by the B&M teams
  • Process shipment dates with various freight forwarders, ensuring product is shipped on time
  • Accurately track shipments and liaise with the warehouse to arrange a delivery
  • Managing the import documentation from suppliers – mainly invoices and packing lists
  • Full ownership of admin tasks, making sure files & documents are clear & organised
  • Preparing documents for clearance through HMRC
