Your Role

PrettyLittleThing are looking for an SEO Assistant / Junior Executive to join the growing Digital Marketing department and help drive our Search Engine Optimisation strategy forwards.

The position would suit an individual with 1-2+ years in a Search Engine Optimisation role (agency or client side) who is looking for an opportunity to further develop their career by joining a fast paced and growing business.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Grow Organic traffic & revenue in line with forecasts & business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits on-site to proactively identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform regular keyword research in-line with business objectives and seasonality to identify new areas for growth.
  • Creating new categories in line with research & requirements.
  • Day-to-day optimisation of categories, sub-categories & campaigns.
  • Analyse competitors & the market to identify opportunities for outreach/link-building.
  • Creating and executing link building strategies.
  • Report on site performance.
  • Assisting with the site copy & blog content.
  • Work with the PPC team to help drive efficiencies across both channels.
  • Keep up to date with all new SEO developments, educate stakeholders and drive early adoption.

 

What you’ll have:

  • A good understanding of Digital Marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Experience of working with all common Microsoft packages & strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to generate key insights and reports.
  • Experience of working with Google Analytics and Google Search Console

    Any of the following would also be beneficial but is not essential:

  • Experience of working with any of the following: SEMrush, SearchMetrics, AHREFS, ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, Search Metrics.
  • Experience of working with Magento.
  • Experience of working with HTML
  • A second language
